The BoatHouse is a very pretty but spacious stone cottage with two double bedrooms en-suite and its own walled courtyard garden with swimming pool (April 2005) and barbecue area.There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven,microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The properties are set in five acres of gardens extending from a quiet cultivated valley down to the sea. Both properties are to let all year round.
